From 20 July to 30 August, we’re inviting our entire Upstate community to spend six weeks doing more of what makes them feel their best. The Rise Up – Feel Good Challenge is about more than just showing up to class, it’s about creating healthy habits, boosting your mood, and making time for the things that help you thrive.

Movement That Lifts You

Over six weeks, challenge yourself to complete 26 classes (or level up and aim for 36 classes) while taking on one simple feel-good activity each week. Whether it’s getting outside, catching up with friends, prioritising rest, eating nourishing food, trying something creative or making time for pure fun, every challenge is designed to help you feel your best both inside and outside the studio.

Complete 26 classes during the challenge period and you’ll automatically go into the draw to win some incredible prizes.

Our major prize is a 5-night Bali escape for the whole family, thanks to Luxury Escapes.

Plus, at every participating Upstate Studios location:
