Online + in-studio
~20 hours of self-paced theory in the Upstate Learning Hub, with 6 weeks to complete before your in-person sessions.
Hands-on training. Combined Mat + Reformer is 10 days over 4 weekends or 2 full weeks; single courses are half that.
6 months to complete: Mat or Reformer = 10 observing / 30 practice-teaching / 30 self-practice; Combined = 20 / 60 / 60.
