Get ready to feel the burn at Upstate Palm Beach with our Power Reformer classes, where high vibes meet serious strength.

Power Reformer is all about leveling up your body and mood with full-body moves that target your core, legs, and arms.

For a heart-pumping twist, Power Reformer Jump brings the jump board into the mix for a boost in pace, power, and endorphins.

Power Reformer Burn takes your stamina and strength to new heights with fast-paced, muscle-building moves.

If you’re looking to unlock your inner power, Power Reformer Strength turns up the heat with controlled, intentional movements that push you to your limits.

Each 45-minute class is set to room temp. Grip socks are recommended, but not required. Bring your sweat towel and drink bottle, and let’s get on up!
