How to enter

• Register for the Rise Up Feel Good Challenge.
• Complete 26 classes between 20 July and 30 August 2026.
• Classes may be completed across any Upstate Studios location.
• Double-ups are permitted.
• Complete all 26 classes to receive one entry into the prize draw.

Eligibility and Challenge Terms (VIC, NSW, QLD) 

• Registration is required.
• Unlimited members participate free of charge.
• Non-members must purchase a valid Challenge Pass or hold an active membership covering the challenge period.
• Registrations close 31 July 2026 (unless sold out).
• Your physical challenge card will be displayed at your nominated home studio.
• Challenge classes may be completed across all Upstate Studios locations.
• Grand Prize winner must be over 18 years old and consent to sharing name and email with Luxury Escapes.

Winners

The winners will be drawn at random using an electronic random draw on Monday 31st August 2026.

The winner will be contacted by email within 2 business days and announced via Upstate Studios’ social media and email.

Terms and Conditions

Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who register for the Rise Up Feel Good Challenge and attend classes at an Upstate Studios location during the promotional period. Promotion runs from 20 July – 30 August 2026. Registrations close 31 July 2026 unless sold out.

To enter, participants must register and complete 26 eligible classes during the challenge period. One completed challenge equals one entry into the prize draw.

Prize: 1 x Luxury Escapes 5-night stay at Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate & Spa, Bali, in a One Bedroom Private Pool Villa for 2 adults and up to 2 children (17 years and under), valued at up to AUD $6,385. Prize includes accommodation and package inclusions only. Flights are not included.

Travel is valid until 30 June 2027, with bookings required by 31 May 2027. Prize is subject to availability, blackout dates and supplier booking conditions. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Any additional costs, including flights, travel insurance, passports, visas, tourist levies, spending money and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.

The winner agrees that Upstate Studios may publish their name on its website, email communications and social media channels.

To be eligible for the Luxury Escapes prize, entrants consent to Upstate Studios providing their name and email address to Luxury Escapes for prize fulfilment and marketing purposes in accordance with privacy policy. If you do not consent to this data sharing, you may still participate in the Rise Up Feel Good Challenge but will not be eligible for the Luxury Escapes prize. Luxury Escapes Prize Terms and Conditions

The Luxury Escapes prize consists of a 5-night stay at Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate & Spa, Bali, in a One Bedroom Private Pool Villa for 2 adults and up to 2 children (17 years and under). The prize includes the package inclusions listed on the promotional page and is valid for travel until 30 June 2027, with bookings required by 31 May 2027.

Important Travel Information

• Travel validity: Valid for travel until 30 June 2027. Bookings must be made before 31 May 2027. The prize must be booked before this date or it will expire and become unavailable.
• Nyepi Day: Bali’s Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 8 March 2027. During this period, airports are closed and check-in and check-out at the resort are unavailable.
• Love Bali Tourist Levy: A mandatory IDR150,000 tourist levy applies to all international visitors travelling to Bali. This fee can be paid on arrival at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) or seaports, or online via the Love Bali website.
• Blackout dates and surcharges: Blackout dates may apply. A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may also apply and is payable at the time of booking. Applicable dates and prices will be confirmed during the booking process.
• Flights are not included.
• The prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
• Any additional guests, upgrades, meals, activities or incidental expenses not specifically listed are at the winner’s expense.

Canna Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Conditions

The prize includes one-time access to Canna Bali Beach Club for the guests included in the Luxury Escapes booking, with the following inclusions:

• Complimentary entry
• One welcome cocktail or mocktail per person
• One complimentary ice cream per child
• Complimentary canoe hire
• IDR100,000 discount towards one 60-minute full-body massage
• IDR100,000 discount towards one jug of sangria
• IDR500,000 discount towards the Heritage Set Menu at Cliff Restaurant (minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required)
• IDR500,000 discount towards the purchase of a second bottle of selected wine

The following conditions apply:

• Access is permitted once during the stay.
• Valid only for the number of guests included in the Luxury Escapes booking.
• Reservations are required. Walk-ins are not permitted.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Cameras and drones are prohibited.
• Seating, lounges and daybeds are not included and must be pre-booked (additional charges apply).
• Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol and may be required to present valid identification.
• Children under 18 years must be accompanied and supervised by a paying adult aged 18 years or over.
• Canna Bali Beach Club is located in Nusa Dua.
• Guests must be ready prior to the scheduled hotel pick-up time with their booking confirmation to redeem their inclusions.
• Transfers between Canna Bali and the airport are not included and may be arranged at an additional cost through Luxury Escapes.

Atlas Beach Club Inclusions and Conditions

The prize includes one-time access to Atlas Beach Club for the guests included in the Luxury Escapes booking, with the following inclusions:

• Entry to Atlas Beach Club (16+ only) and Atlas Super Club (18+ only)
• One complimentary welcome drink per person (selected beers, cocktails or soft drinks)
• Choice of either:
  • 10% dining discount; or
  • 15% discount on a daybed or sofa bed
• Complimentary bottle of wine when upgrading to a VIP sofa (pre-booking required)
• Complimentary towels

The following conditions apply:

• Access is permitted once during the stay.
• Valid only for the number of guests included in the Luxury Escapes booking.
• Reservations are required. Walk-ins are not permitted.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Cameras and drones are prohibited.
• Seating, lounges, daybeds and tables are not included and must be pre-booked (additional charges apply).
• Guests must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol and may be required to present valid identification.
• Minimum entry age is 16 years. Children aged 15 years and under are not permitted entry. No children’s club is available.
• Transport to and from Atlas Beach Club is not included but can be arranged at an additional cost through Luxury Escapes.

Additional Conditions

Luxury Escapes reserves the right to modify package pricing or inclusions for marketing or commercial reasons where applicable.

Studio Prize Terms and Conditions

In addition to the Major Prize, one winner will be drawn from each participating Upstate Studios location to receive an Upstate Sport outfit, and one winner will be drawn from each participating Upstate Studios location to receive One Month Unlimited Membership.

Studio Prize winners will be selected at random using an electronic random name generator from all eligible participants who successfully complete the Rise Up Feel Good Challenge.

The draw will take place on Monday 31st August.

All winners (including the Grand Prize winner) will be notified via the email address provided at registration within two business days of the draw. Winners must respond to the notification email within seven days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, Upstate Studios reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible participant.

The names of all prize winners may be published via Upstate Studios’ email communications and social media channels.

Studio prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The One Month Unlimited Membership prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and will be applied to the winner’s Upstate Studios account. The prize cannot be used retrospectively or in conjunction with any other offer and must be activated within six months of notification unless otherwise agreed by Upstate Studios.

The Upstate Sport outfit prize is subject to product availability. Where a preferred size or style is unavailable, Upstate Studios reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.
