We are live streaming the Upstate vibes straight into your home.  You can join in multiple classes a day with our Rockstar instructors.  Classes include Power Pilates, Box HIIT, HIIT 30, Hot Pilates, Power Flow, Yin Yoga,

Here’s everything you need to know to join our live streaming classes.

BOOKING LIVE STREAMING CLASSES

How do I book Live Stream Classes 

The Upstate Studios app is the best way to book.  Its free to download and easy to use. You can book on the timetables page of the website too.

The Live Streamed class schedule is listed under  TORQUAY timetable.

How do I view Live Streamed Classes?

Download the Zoom app on your phone or laptop. We recommend using your laptop.

30 minutes before the class you are booked into , you will receive an email from FitGrid LIVE with your exclusive link. Click the link a few minutes before class starts and you’re in

Make sure you are in a place with a good internet connection–otherwise, the stream may skip!

I did not receive the link to join Live Streamed Class?

Please check all email tabs including promotions and junk.

The email will be sent to the email saved in your Mindbody account. Check your profile on your account to make sure your email is correct.

What pass should I buy

If you are new to Upstate you can purchase the 30 Days of Live Streaming Classes for $49 Intro Offer (30 days will start from date of first class)

Or sign up for $29 Live Class Streaming Weekly AutoPay. Minimum two weeks.

YOUR FIRST LIVE STREAM CLASS

What do I need for class?

You will need a yoga mat for all classes.

If you have dumbbells at home you can use them in all pilates and HIIT classes.

Bolsters and pillows for Yin Yoga classes so you can get nice and comfy.

What should I wear?

Wear light weight comfortable clothing that makes you feel good!

I’ve never done yoga, pilates or boxing before, will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely. All classes are beginner friendly and designed to allow everyone to work at their own level of fitness.

Is there a beginner class?

No, but all of our classes are designed for beginners.

Do I need to book?

We recommend booking your classes.

The Upstate Studios app is the best way to book.  Its free to download and easy to use

Before booking your first class you need to create an account and purchase your pass.  The 30 Day intro pass is the best pass for new clients.  Once you have purchased your pass, download the app, enter the email address you uses to create your account and create a password.

What is the wait list?

If a class you’d like to take is full, we encourage you to sign up to the waitlist.

If a spot opens up at least 9 hours before class time, you will be added to the class and receive an email and/or SMS confirmation.  You can text back “Y” to attend, or “N” to decline.  If you do not reply you will be added into the class as attending.

When do classes become available to book online?

You can book your class 2 weeks in advance.

Can I take class if I am pregnant?

If you have had a consistent practice with us for a minimum three months, you can continue to take Yoga, Box HIIT and Power Reformer classes while pregnant. We ask you to discuss the suitability of these classes with your health care practitioner and only take class if it’s recommended.
If you have ticked off all the above please email us to arrange an appointment for a one-on-one session to take you through pregnancy modifications.

We do not recommend practicing Hot Pilates, Power Pilates, Pilates HIIT or Cardio Reformer.

We do not recommend practicing Yin Yoga  during the first 3-4 months post pregnancy.

What if I have an injury?

Most of our group classes are best suited to those without injuries. We recommend that you speak to a medical professional about any recent, serious injuries to get cleared for exercise before attending. Further, please make the instructor aware of any injuries prior to the start of the class
