Our member support team will cancel your weekly membership so your 12-month membership can begin the following week. There’s no need to get in touch, this will be actioned straight away! Going away over the holidays? Get in touch with us if you’d prefer to postpone your weekly membership cancellation date. 

Your 12 Month Membership will begin once you book your first class! If you have an existing 12 Month membership, your new membership will begin once you book your first class after your current one expires.

Our One-Day Sale memberships must be paid in full at checkout. However, you can choose Klarna at payment, which allows you to split your purchase into instalments.
This gives you the flexibility of paying over time while still accessing our biggest discount of the year. Important note: Klarna is available for online purchases only, not for in-studio transactions.

One day only: Tuesday 9th December from 7am for 24 hours or until sold out.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend jumping online early on sale day to snap up your preferred membership!

To quote the legal stuff: no refunds or transfers are offered on unused portions of the 12 Month Membership due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason unless otherwise agreed by Upstate Studios or required by law.

Absolutely! The studio you purchase the membership for will become your ‘home’ studio, but you’ll have access to all other Upstate locations! Heads up, if you choose a mat-only membership, you’ll only have access to studios with mat rooms.

12-month memberships can be paused for a maximum 12 weeks per membership year, for a period of 1 to 12 weeks at a time. To pause, reach out to our member support team at least 72 hours  in advance of the dates you need to hit hold for.
