VIBES: Strength and stretch meet balance and breath. Discover your inner warrior in this modern fiery Vinyasa Yoga class. It’s challenging and dynamic, mixed with moments of calm. The ultimate way to find your Upstate of mind. 

MOVES: Balanced blend of simple but strong movements that awaken the entire body and focus the mind. 

TEMP: 36 degrees.

SESH TIME: 45 minutes.

GEAR: BYO mat. We also recommend a sweat towel + drink bottle. Yoga Blocks and Bolsters are provided.

Warm Yin + Sound Bath Meditation

VIBES: Dial things down with a restorative combination of Yin Yoga and a deeply relaxing sound bath. Release tension with deep stretches, before softening into Savasana with the soothing sounds of the crystal bowls. Float out with a renewed Upstate of mind. 

MOVES: Grounding Yin postures to achieve a deep release in targeted muscle groups, then a relaxed Savasana meditation during the soundbath.

TEMP: 25-30 degrees.

SESH TIME: 45 minutes.
