What to Bring

We’re here to keep you moving, but make sure you bring what you need to stay comfortable:

Reformer Pilates? Bring your own grippy socks- not mandatory but we recommend them for the best experience (or buy a pair in-studio)
Mat Pilates Yoga? Bring your own mat (or rent one from us)
Boxing? Pac your gloves & wraps (available to rent if needed)

PLUS A towel & water bottle (bring on the sweat!)
