The ultimate collab to bring you a wholesome and fun weekend retreat! Experience 2 nights and 3 days in Gold Coast, Queensland. Find a supportive community and real connections (maybe even a few new besties!) with Upstate mat classes, poolside hangs, an optional surf lesson, movie night laughs and a special Hype Girl workshop to ignite self-love and confidence.

Hype Girl Social Club is a community of girls in their 20s and 30s who want to expand their social circle, try new things and surround themselves with a supportive girl gang. They’re all about fun, real connections, and stepping out of your comfort zone with a squad that hypes you up. So we’re joining forces to bring you all the good vibes!
Power up and wind down with your favourite mat classes. There’ll be optional mat Pilates, Power Flow and Yin yoga throughout the weekend, guided by our skilled Upstate instructor. Then use the uplifting energy to enjoy a personal development workshop led by Hype Girl’s founder, Ash.
Relax, enhance your practice, build meaningful connections and meet a like-minded community. The hype is real!
