Ready to step up your home workouts? We’re so excited to launch our new UPSTATE LIVE schedule, commencing Monday 10th August. 

WHAT’S NEW? 

You’ll be able to access 100 live stream classes a week. All of your favourite class styles plus NEW themed & low impact workouts to choose from.

Short on time? All classes are 28 MINUTES long and are designed so they can easily fit into any lifestyle!

We know how much our Upstaters love to sweat, so we’ve purposely designed our new schedule so you can double up classes for the ultimate workout! 

With a quick two minute changeover between classes, you can start off with a heart pumping class like Box HIIT and flow straight into strength building yoga class giving your body & minds a workout like no other.

That’s not all to get excited about,

For $29 a week you can access all of this PLUS over 60 classes from our on demand library. Choose from 10 minute express workouts, fiery 20 minute sweat sessions, yoga and meditation series plus Upstates signature studio classes to practice anywhere, anytime.
