Resort
The retreat is hosted at Absolute Sanctuary in the North Eastern side of Koh Samui, also known as the island of healing.
With a heated space, fully-equipped Reformer Pilates hub and an open air jungle studio, you can move mindfully while removed from the distractions and stresses of daily life. Nestled in lush greenery the resort is designed for ultimate rest and relaxation.
Absolute Sanctuary holds an alcohol and smoking free space. Providing delicious local cuisine that is bursting with flavour and nutritional goodness. This retreat is a full body and mind reset.
There are plenty of spa treatments you can choose to add to your experience, such as massage, sauna and herbal steam rooms. The resort offers a free shuttle service to local beaches and night markets. There is ample opportunity to explore the area, participate in activities or dine at local restaurants if you choose to do so.
