Progress your practice with binds and balances. This workshop is for you if you’ve ever had that moment in class where you see a pose, but don’t know how to get into it, or if you have some of these variations in your practice already, and are looking to refine them. Perfect for beginner and intermediate yogis alike, give yourself the time and guidance to explore different pose progressions while learning how to safely transition in and out and how to use props to support you in the pose. All within a supportive and uplifting environment, you’ll leave with the confidence to take these new variations into your next Hot Power Flow class.
