Upstaters! We’re excited to launch our 7 Day Mix It Up Challenge, available on demand.

The 7 day program is designed for you to take whenever you want. Whether you’re just getting started, looking for a

week-long fitness reboot or levelling up your Strive For Five weekly goal, kick things off with the Mix It Up Challenge.

Each class is 30 minutes long, with a mix of all your favourite class styles!

Update On Where to Access On Demand Classes

All on demand classes can only be accessed via the Upstate website. Head to the on demand page and login using the username and password associated with your MindBody account.

(Due to recent updates on demand classes will no longer be visible on the Upstate app).
