Meditation Challenge

This May we are challenging you to practice mindfulness on and off the mat. It’s amazing what can happen when you let your mind be still for just a few moments. 

Your goal? To practice one Live Streamed class a day + a daily Live Instagram meditation at 7am.

Now we know how much our community LOVE a sweat sesh and that sitting still can be a little harder for some, especially during these times. But that’s ok, don’t worry, we won’t be asking you to meditate for hours on end!

It’s amazing what can happen when you let your mind be still for just a few moments, which is why our daily meditations will start with only 5 minutes and you’ll build your way up to 20 minutes by the end of the month. We’ll give you all the tools you need to be able to follow along easily, taking it at your own pace. Before you know it you’ll be breezing through your meditations, feeling less stressed, more present and that little bit happier.

💫Your Goal? Practise 1 x Live Streamed class + 1 x Daily Live Meditation. Starting Friday May 1st

💫All month long there will be a daily 7am Instagram Live meditation to stay mindful not only in your practice, but in your life too. Our meditations will be themed and you will continue to build up your practice every week, starting with 5 minutes and ending with a solid 20 minute practice that you can take away and reference at any time.

💫Every Sunday evening in May there will be a 6pm Yin Yoga + Meditation class

💫”Mindful Mondays” Every Monday in May will be FREE classes so you can invite your friends and family along to practice mindfulness with you
