This workshop lead by Cate Wilson will cover the foundations and alignment of signature postures and how they are familiar across various shapes.
Whether you are brand new to the practice or a regular Yogi looking at deepening your practice this workshop will enable you to get a little more familiar with how the postures look and feel for you so you can transition and land into them more effectively during Power Flow classes.
We will explore the use of props and understand where the self support is across many postures and end the workshop with a flowing sequence that will enable you to embody the learnings.
